2. Hosting, private access and server logs

This website is currently delivered through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI. When you access it, technically required data may be processed, including IP address, timestamp, requested page or file, referrer, browser and operating system details, device information, and authentication or security events.

The purposes are secure delivery of the private website, authentication, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where it is required to provide requested access and otherwise on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Cookies, analytics and social-media embeds

We do not currently use our own analytics, advertising tracking or embedded social-media plugins on this website. The hosting and access provider may use cookies or local storage that are strictly necessary for authentication, security and technical delivery; access to the device is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG, with subsequent processing under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

4. Contact form and email

When you submit the contact form, the information entered is transmitted to FormSubmit (Devro LABS) and delivered to Azure on White by email. According to the provider, submissions may be retained for up to 30 days and the service applies spam-protection measures. The data processed includes your name, email address, optional organisation, selected topic, message and technical connection data.

We process this information to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for efficient communication and protection from misuse. You can alternatively contact us directly by email.

5. Instagram and other external links

Instagram is linked only as an external website and is not embedded. No data is sent to Meta by this website before you follow the link; after clicking, the privacy rules of the external provider apply.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be disclosed to IT, hosting, security and form-delivery providers, including OpenAI and FormSubmit/Devro LABS, only to the extent necessary to operate the website and deliver enquiries. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are based on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

7. Storage periods

Technical logs are retained only for as long as required for security, troubleshooting and the provider’s operational obligations. Email correspondence is deleted when the enquiry has been concluded and no statutory retention duty or overriding legitimate interest requires longer storage.

8. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for our place of business is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).

9. Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling on this website.
